Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is role-scoped, monitored, and audited, and we run a continuous vulnerability disclosure program at security@reelgenics.com. See our full Security page for details.
Compliance
We build with GDPR principles from day one: data minimization, clear retention rules, and user rights to access, export, and delete data. Data Processing Agreements are available on Business plans, and we're working toward a SOC 2 Type II audit as the team scales.
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Reelgenics never receives or stores your full card number.
Reliability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime with status and incident updates published in real time. Business plans include uptime SLAs and a dedicated account manager for escalations.
